Before, I thought its just a community health center that it wouldn't worth having my check ups in there. I am absolutely wrong because this place have the best services- great staff, good listeners and best overall doctors (especially Dr.David Cheriyan) and all the workers. The front desk are really awesome, especially Ashley and China...I was like what's your name and she replied China with a smile and I had to reciprocate as well. Each time I visit this place, am so happy with a warm welcoming from the front desk(Ashley&China and others). They both have an amazing hearts and makes the health center feels special and comfortable. I highly recommend this place with a 5 ratings.

The staff is lovely. All the front desk ladies make you feel like family. My primary doctor is a very kind person Dr Than Sein that goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. This is a good place.

The worst place for Babies!!! They shouldn't be licensed to care for kids! Maybe it's the first time Mum hibbi-jibbies but I want my child to be adequately cared for, I would love to see results on the portal that were actually carried out, not manufactured, I would love the doctor to receive my messages when I call, I would love a follow-up when I'm sent for outside referrals or when a lab work is carried out on my child. I don't recommend the practice at all. Terrible service. No empathy for a sick child. The nurses seemed burnt out and could care less (which is really sad) about the patient. And I get the they might be underpaid but my child shouldn't suffer for that, take it up with management. They shouldn't even be working with children at all, no empathy, no kindness, no gentleness, ... Everything was all well and good (manageable) till the winter weather and all the flu, Coxsackie, otitis media, enterovirus etc issues started coming every week it seemed. Then I realized what terrible medical care my child was receiving. I could reach my doctor acquaintances faster than I could reach my child's doctor even with the so called "on-call" service they have. Infact this review is

This place is clean, Dr. Sein is amazing and very welcoming, answers all your questions and care. But the front Desk!! Oh lord calling to book an appointment is a hassle, to the point I hate calling them, couple of times I’ve been hang up to, left on hold or they just bluntly ignore you. I wish they could either change staff or get a Front manager to manage. Horrible Add up to that Referrals, if you get them stay in the clinic because they don’t send it , and when you call they don’t pick up. Hasn’t change at all. Edit… Phone lines calls are been pick up and appointments are been done well. Referral is still 👎🏽

There is lack of professionalism at this location. I get a phone call , the staff informed me that i my child needs the labwork done again. I was told to come any day between 830 and closing hours, i needed no appointment. When i get to the place at 830am there is no medical staff available. Its now 9:20am and there is still no one here to do the lab work.
